No. Sign up with just your email. Your card is only required when you choose a paid plan at the end of your 14-day trial — nothing is charged automatically.
You choose a plan and enter your billing details. Until then, nothing is charged and your account remains fully active. There is no auto-upgrade.
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from your next billing cycle.
The headcount of your organisation — not the number of Gronac users or editor seats. If your company has fewer than 500 employees total, Starter is your plan.
Live integrations — Slack, Notion, Jira, HubSpot, BambooHR, Salesforce, and Google Sheets — are available exclusively on the Unlimited plan. Starter users can paste in data from any source manually.
Yes, with no penalty and no questions asked. Cancel from your account dashboard and your subscription ends at the close of your current billing period.
